September Restart!

September is the new January only lighter and brighter! 
I always find this time of year is a new beginning; it is time to let go of the holiday indulgences, pack your pencil case (or sports bag in our case) and head on back to class with renewed vigour.
If you have has a long break from training the best thing you can do is just get back to it as soon as you can. You may be dreading your first session but I personally guarantee that you will feel SO much better after a workout in the fresh air.  Work at a sensible and controlled level for your first session back and if you are consistent, your fitness will return and improve substantially by the end of the month.
Autumn is my favourite season and the perfect time to take care of your physical and mental health.
