Am getting addicted to this just made another bowl for tomo !
Right I have the oats berries and yogurt let’s see if this gets me to the end of two bootcamps without being ravenous. It’s doesn’t matter which breakfast I have Sat morning I could always eat a horse by 12!
I tried these and added 50g of porridge oats and a splash of milk they are yummy
