This is the only breakfast that gets me through to lunch time without needing a snack.
35g porridge oats
A low fat yoghurt- flavour of your choice
Mixed frozen berries
Mix the yoghurt and oats together in a glass and top with a handful of frozen berries. Leave it in the fridge overnight and you end up with a creamy, fruity breakfast, that fills you up!
Right I have the oats berries and yogurt let’s see if this gets me to the end of two bootcamps without being ravenous. It’s doesn’t matter which breakfast I have Sat morning I could always eat a horse by 12!
Am getting addicted to this just made another bowl for tomo !
