I have a winter venue for boxing and kettlebell workout circuits! It is St Paul’s church hall on the corner of Long Lane and Dukes Avenue just by the park.
The time will be 7pm to 8pm and dates are to be confirmed but will probably move indoors mid September.
The hall is lovely and new its quite expensive to hire so I will be asking you to try and bring friends, family, acquaintances, 2nd cousins twice removed for a try out when we do move!
Why boxing and kettlebell workout?
Don’t forget boxing and kettlebell workout is great for upper body, firming up your triceps and biceps and helping to stave off those (shh) bingo wings.
In the meantime we are in the lovely open air 6.45pm tonight and every Wednesday, and Saturday bootcamps will stay in the park over the winter.
Most people will be taking holidays soon so get those workouts in before you splurge in the sun.
