The big news is there will be a boxing circuit class with kettle bells on wed eves 6.30 to 7.30 in Victoria park. This is same price as bootcamp so if you pay in advance this can be used for Wednesdays too. You can drop in and bring friends but if possible it would help if you can let me know beforehand but don’t let that stop you coming.
Now I am planning to work as usual over Easter (I hate the idea that people will eat lots of chocolate and not have the opportunity to work it off)! We will be on holiday on sat 3rd May and at my nieces’ wedding on 24th May – I am baking her wedding cake so need to get that transported in good time. As these are both bank holidays I think it makes sense to not have the class those weeks. It is quite difficult to arrange cover because of all the equipment we use and availability of good trainers.
So as a taster on sat there may be a little boxing and if the kettlebells arrive in time we can have a go at using them.
I have a lovely salad recipe to help towards you 7 to 11 daily potions of fruit & veg but it will have to wait until my laptop is better.
